MEET THE FOUNDER
Emily George, DrPH, RN
Emily is a healthcare strategist, executive advisor, educator, and registered nurse with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate strategy, transformation, innovation, and change.
Her work spans more than 450 healthcare organizations across health systems, government, community health, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations across four continents. She brings an unusual combination of strategic rigor, empathy, operational understanding, and human-centered leadership to every engagement.
Emily is a lifelong learner, mother, scuba diver, mixologist, and beekeeper. She values good food, meaningful conversations, and exploring the planet with the people she loves.
